It's worth splitting the Wi-fi bands as this can sort out the speed.

Swearing on the forum won’t get you very far.
If your on the phone to support request for an engineer visit and full investigation. As the fault could be on the main line.

It’s the same as any company out there.
Whereas I’m with BT but many people complain about it and I’ve never had an issue with them. In the past I had NOW broadband for a period of time and had absolutely no issues with it.
Unless you keep calling they won’t get the issue resolved.

Every FTTC ISP is totally reliant on Openreach lines for the quality and speed of the connection.
Where they differ is in the router they supply and to a lesser degree the backend systems.
Now uses the Sky infrastructure and that is generally vey good.
When you say slow speeds, it is important to differentiate between the sync speed (connection speed to the local cabinet) and the Wi-Fi speed. (speed between the router and your devices)
There is no doubt that the latest BT routers are far superior the the Now ones in respect of Wi-Fi capabilities, so exactly what problems are you experiencing?

Putting it on a Now specific forum will not help, only Now users are likely to see it, and they already have their own opinions of Now. (both good and bad)
