Hey, I'm a new customer, and when I ordered the NOW Broadband it was agreed that I would receive the broadband (which I now have) and that a technician/engineer would attend to set it up for me. However, when checking the status now, it says that it is a "self-setup" and OpenReach is not needed? I've tried calling customer service but have been on hold for more than an hour, twice.
Do I need to contact OpenReach by myself, or what do I do?

You don’t call OpenReach, that is the job of NOW.
Try emailing support using the address in the below picture.

It is generally self setup, you should just be able to connect the NOW Hub on the go live date, the only involvement from Openreach is to switch the circuit remotely so no attendance is usually required. Is your service now up and running?
