Broadband Outage since 1330

Hi All, 

Am in London W2,  and haven't had broadband all afternoon.  Is anyone else having the same issue?  The Now App just says, "There is an outage affecting this customer" but I can't get any more information and it's really affecting trying to work from home.  

Any further information would be really helpful, thanks

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Nobody from NOW will respond here I'm afraid. If it is a known outage then it will take however long it takes to fix it. All I can suggest is that you call the support team on 0330 332 3050 for any further updates.
