Broadband Outage - Nottingham

Has anyone else had issues with their broadband since 7 am this morning? I've tried everything but still got no light under 'internet' on my hub.

I keep checking the service status page but there's not been an update on the outage since 7:12 am.

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

For anyone else in Notts looking for an update: I got told to wait 24 -72 hours since it's an outage in the area for all providers
