I've had no Internet all day today CB8 (Newmarket) area. The phone line says they know there's an issue but doesn't say where/when it will be fixed... I've a very dodgy signal where I am so just need to know its not just my line (I have a dial tone on land-line) When I go to my check network status via my NowTV account I just get a red "oops we couldn't check your problem call us" notification!

So with NOW broadband they are fully reliant on OpenReach maintaining the network. It might not be much help but keep calling the support team to see what if anything can be done.
