Braid band installation date

I ordered broadband and paid necessary fees 5th Nov.

Installation date showing 15th Nov.

Can we get it earlier than estimated date.

Its t as king too much time..

No you can't, that date is provided by OpenReach.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Its very unfortunate we have to wait so long without internet/broadband..

Who was your provider before? As you should have allowed NOW to take over, what I mean is they would have arranged for the cancellation of your old provider to coincide with the go live date of NOW.

Ten days for an install is pretty good.

What kind of lead times did you get in your previous country?

But if you have a mobile and a suitable data plan, you can use that as a mobile hotspot until the landline system arrives.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
Its 2 or 3 days.
