Morning all. I'm looking to see what broadband package options there are for my daughter when she moves in to a rental property (hence only 12 months required). When I search on comparison sites using postcode and address details I see 2 NowTV packages ... but when I click through to NOWTV it says we can't supply to this address? Anyone know why that is and more importantly how I get a definitive statement of what packages are available?
Many thanks!

OpenReach are on the process of closing down the FTTC which is mainly what NOW offers.
They have however started to offer FTTP powered by Sky.

@gavs82008 Thanks Gavs. Much appreciated. I'll be honest (heresy I know) but I'm not wedded to Now as the ISP. But they seem to be a very small selection that offer 12 moths at that location. I just can't work out why all the comparison sites say 1 thing ... but clicking through to the provider says something completely different.
My simple brain struggles with things like that ....

It could be that the website is recognising that the exchange is no longer taking new FTTC connections. Whereas the comparison site might be doing it at a snap shot of the exchange from a certain point?
Best to give the broadband team a call who should be able to confirm either way for you. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the call centre info.

@gavs82008 I think you're on the money there. Thanks again for taking the time to reply. Much appreciated.

True. I sort of get that, but when you filter on postcode and actual address you'd like to think it's a bit more scientific. I'm too innocent for this world. I think Gavs has probably got a good point. It should be a commonly available source of data based on exchange information - but it depends when the comparison site updated their reference data.
