Apps that use location settings not working

Hi All, 

I've recently joined NOW and when I'm connected to my WiFi my phone won't use any apps that use location settings such as maps, however when I disconnect from the WiFi and just use my mobile data, they work fine. 

Have I done something wrong with my setup or do I need to change something? I've tried to move my hub round the house and used different phone line sockets too, but nothing is working. 

Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried changing your Broadband Buddy Settings from the default PG 13 age rating ?
