Address listed on royal mail but not on now website

Hello,

I have called you once before about this and you advised me to check with openreach. They told me that the address might not be registered with royal mail, but it is. I have emailed royal mail about this, but after researching other broadband forums, it seems maybe you can help more. 

So as the subject states, I cannot find my address listed when trying to set up broadband, specifically the flat number. But it is registered with royal mail. It is not a new property I have moved into. I do not really know what the problem is, but I was hoping you could send me a message about this for further details and help.

Hi, but we are all customers here like you are, and the ‘you’ you are addressing here is the Now Broadband team, who never monitor the Community, and never post here.

So we can’t help you 😢 beyond giving you some Now Broadband numbers you can try after they re-open for business at 8am tomorrow:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, or 0800 759 1213.

What you might want to do in the meantime is try your address on other ISP sites, or an aggregator like USwitch, and see if they can’t find your address either, or if it is just Now (and maybe Sky) where it doesn’t appear. This will tell you if this is just a little local Now difficulty, or something rather more widespread.
