Activation day -switch from sky

Hey there 

I am switching from Sky to Now. Sky deactivated my internet an hour ago and still no internet from now (red light). I did ask for a number change 

Do you know how long the gap is normally ? I am working from home so that's a bit stressful

Did you let NOW do all the leg work? 

Is today meant to be your activation date?
If so it can take up until midnight. See this link.
