"oops..." Now TV isn't TV'ing

So in terms of the list of problem issues on a "help" page: pretty much all of the above. Most common - ie. Daily/every time I watch something - is the "oops, something went wrong...", on moving from one episode to the next, and regularly from the end of an advert and back to the programme. Ridiculously annoying, been happening for at least the past month and now at the point where "turn it off/on" no longer works. Never had this many issues with the standalone Now box - and no adverts either. Get it sorted out.

Your contacting a customer to customer forum, so your frustration about the service will go completely unheard. 

Have you tried unplugging the box and your router for a few minute?

Is the box fully updated?

Worst case set it back to factory settings.
