cannot open programme

Hi, i am having a problem with trying to watch The Curse of Oak Island, when i try to open it, it tells me there is an error & try again, i have tried on TV & pc with same prob.

Is it just that programme? Are you able to watch anything else?

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?

Try deleting the app on your TV and reinstalling it. For your PC delete the cookies and data on the browser, also another browser is worth trying. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
