I have always been able to get Now on my JVC Smart TV but it has suddenly stopped (I can still get it on my LG TV). Followeed instructions to go to settings etc. but still no joy. Can anyopne help, please?
Have no idea what adding a 'label' means so just put Roku.
Wish Now had an easy way of speaking to a human in technical dept.
