Hi @Anonymous User

As it been more than 4 hours since you purchased the Boost Membership?

If not, sign out and back in on the NOW App on your Samsung TV to trigger Boost.

I am also assuming you have more than 11 Mbps internet down speed.

Does the TV NOW and Next Guide show HD next to the channels?

You will not see HD on the television screen under the channel digital on screen graphics name.

Another method to check if you are getting a 1080p stream is when watching something press the info button on your Samsung remote and if a figure of around 8000 pops up on the screen than this denotes 1080p HD.

Give it around 20 seconds for the stream to fully ramp up.

A figure of around 4800 would be 720p.

Hi @Anonymous User

When pressing the info button on your Samsung remote during a stream to see the streaming figure of around 7800 to somewhere around 8000, make sure if it's a on Demand TV show or movie that if you press the pause button the NOW pop on screen information banner has the HD icon (otherwise the content will be 720p with no HD icon symbol on the NOW information pop up banner).

More information about Boost.

Hi @Anonymous User

With regards to the sign in and out, was that on your Samsung TV and not your online account ?

Did you give the stream around 20 seconds or so to settle down before hitting the info button on your remote ?

@Anonymous User

You have bought Boost on a different account from your other Now membership(s)?

You need to go into your account settings, the bottom rightmost tile on your Now Home Screen, and check that Boost is there, and that it is active.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi @Anonymous User

A Samsung Smart TV owner on this linked thread below had to download a fresh NOW App and signed back into the new fresh NOW App to see the HD picture.
