Samsung 2020 7 Series - Issues with streaming

Hello,

 

Hoping someone can help, I have recently had a new TV one of Samsungs newest models and Now TV streams seem to start perfectly but then sometimes about 5-10mins in stop with the 'spinning 'dots' as if its buffering then gives up.

 

I notice the most on Sky Sports News and I do have the Now TV boost so streams are the highest available.

 

Now TV is fine on my Roku device in the bedroom and a now tv stick I have do not have the same issues.

 

The Samsung TV is connected via LAN and not Wi-Fi and my internet speed is over 100mb, I'm on Virgin Media.

As 2 suggestions I would say try first deleting and reinstalling the app, if that fails set the Tv back to factory settings as this often squashes bugs in the apps/software.

 

If that all fails head onto Live chat to speak to a member of Now Tv staff.
