PIN on one single program

We have Elementary from Alibi on the watch list, but as of two days ago it is asking for a PIN to watch it (which we have not set). Other programs from Alibi are not PIN protected just this one. Also we do not have any PIN locking for children (no kids in the house). We have tried the normal PIN's but as I say other programs (either on watch list, recorded  or live from Alibi are fine). Ideas?

As your label is EE TV, I presume you are an EE TV subscriber, and are getting the issue on a Pro or other YouView box you have?

If so, is it on the Now app on the box, or on one of the live EE-added channels in the EPG?

Do you have any other device there that you can get Now on, perhaps direct on a smart TV, or a Stick?

If so, can you try that, and see if the issue also occurs there?

And as an EE TV customer, please report this issue to EE, even if it doesn’t seem to be EE-specific, and they should liaise with Now on your behalf to get this fixed.
