I pay for now Boost but when watching now tv sky cinema I am getting adverts before the film why is this? How do I get rid of them. Or is this normal?

It is normal, they class them as trailers, rather than adverts. If you didn't have Boost you would get ad breaks throughout the movie.

As @redchiz1 says they are called promotional trailers and annoyingly aren’t designed to be skipped.
