No sound when watching Sky News channel

This has been reported before by another user but there was no fix. I have a Samsung TV with the NOW TV app preinstalled. The app works fine with all the channels except the Sky News channel. There's no sound!

The TV has the latest firmware but I can't uninstall the app or update/repair it so I am lost as to how to fix this issue. Can anyone here assist please? TIA
