Live tv not working

When I put live TV on my TV all the channels are green and scrambled, it doesn't buffer but won't clean up. I use the app on my lg TV.

Bit of a long shot have you tried unplugging the power to the LG TV for 2 minutes to see if that resolves it ?

I have the same issue. Live tv doesn’t work and green channels. It started 2 days ago. Before everything worked perfect. Did you solve it? I unplugged and plugged tv but it doesn’t help.

yes, I did it, still doesn’t work. But it works on other devices like another tv, and iPhone . Thanks

Is it all Live channels?

Take it on demand works ok?

on demand works and entertainment live work as well. But All movies and kids live doesn’t work.

@Arla Mine was fine until I thought I had the cheap Movies deal added to my account, constant green screen and speech in and out. Look like its all getting cancelled and a dickie box bought.
