LG tv buffering probs
tried to watch football on my LG smart tv which wasa disaster as it keeps buffering every 10 feckin seonds !!!
Anyone else in this topic and whats the solution please......

they promised me they’d send me an email yesterday with the solution, that’s obviously not happened, they know it’s a glitch. They’re apparently working incredibly hard to sort it out, which I would like to believe is true but considering this has been going on since the Liverpool game last week, I doubt very much. It’ll be sorted by today for the big game. Fuming.

@hiller same here, I’ve been on the live chat constantly to NOW TV for the last three days. Keep on promising me. I’ll get an email with an update. It’s unknown glitch yesterday they took my TV model the software version I’m using and the NOW TV version I’m using absolutely gutted we’ve missed so many porn matches and I’m absolutely fuming obviously huge one today as well. My complaints is not been passed onto the manager and I ain’t paying for a service that I’ve not been able to use so expecting a payback for all this incredible screw up

Seems like no updates from now TV with the ongoing issues with lg smart TVS
Some one did point out that's it's to do with there software issues that needs updating with now TV, just have to see what's happening now

Same issue as everyone else, started noticing it a few days ago, started for me on the live movie content, then everything else followed suit the next day. Also have an LG Tv, what is going on

It's seems there's a lot of now TV subscribers with lg smart TVS are all having the same issues as usual, I have been in with customer services at now TV they keep saying it's an issue we are working on and we will be in touch, no one has even contacted me

Same here. This started a few days ago and is a recent issue. I've an LGTV Smart TV with NOWTV App installed and BT Superfast Broadband. Sport is unwatchable. If it isn't resolved I'll have to cancel next week.
Have tried all the usual & just bought a BT WiFi Disc as last resort (even though I previously had it wired via ethernet). Issue remains the same. This is something to do with the App compatibility I suspect.
