Issues with Casting to TV


I am trying to cast to my TV which I have successfully done for many years however the last 4 days when I try to watch something the TV prompts me to put a pin in on my mobile device. The issue is that the blue circle just goes round and round on my mobile device and doesn't let me enter the pin.

Anyone else had the same issue? It is driving me insane.

It works fine casting from a tablet.

What phone is it?

Have you tried unplugging the router and TV for a few minutes?

Does the phone system need updating?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
