Have to keep uninstalling NowTV

Every day I have to uninstall and reinstall the NowTV app on my chromecast to be able to watch anything. If I don't I keep getting an error saying no internet connection. I get this also with the app on my LG TV. It works fine with the app on my Android phone. 

If I haven't used the NowTV app on my chromecast for a few hours when I load it I get an error saying no internet connectivity. If I then uninstall it, immediately reinstall and login everything works as expected. Then if I stop watching with  the app for a few hours I have to repeat this process. 

Anyone any ideas?

Do a factory reset to the TV as it sounds like an issue with the TV software. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the same issue on both my LG TV and my Chromecast. Unlikely to be a
platform issue, has all the hallmarks of buggy software. Especially since
both the TV app and Chromecast app stopped working properly at the same
time. Unfortunately I can't say if this coincided with a software update.

Best report with staff via live chat. Be warned to go through the typical troubleshooting that you’ve most likely done though.

I have the same issue on both the Nivida Shield (tube) and the Fire Cube.
