Channels not working through my lg smart television screen just pixels

I see a few members are having the same issue as myself certain channels not working

And screen just full of pixels, mine has been going on for 6 days now I have contacted customer service every day they have said it's been dealt with but nothing seems to have been done by now

Now don’t show any ITV channels, and they aren’t arriving over broadband, so can you explain why you think this might be a Now issue?

Or are you perhaps saying it’s wider than just a Now issue?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

To echo what @RoyB  says re ITV, only few TV’s allow the Live ITV channels to be streamed on ITVX. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

ive thd sams problem , im close to cancelling it as no service on live channels for afew weeks
