Cannot access NOW

I’ve paid £4.99 and cannot access any programmes on smart TV. There’s a old account on the TV which I cannot remove in order to put the new one on.

pleaae help

What membership did you get? As NOW offers multiple options and Hayu is £4.99.

Also you said smart TV but never said make. Is it supported on this list?

Open the app, scroll to the little gear wheel top right, press Enter on your remote. Sign Out (bottom right) and then sign in with your current details.

But note that £4.99 only buys you Hayu, 2 clicks left of the gear wheel, and not any Movies, TV Shows, or Sport. Not my cup of tea at all; but people who like Hayu absolutely love Hayu.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
