I can log into the NOW TV app on my LG smart TV and I can see all the content but then when I try to play something it spends a bit of time loading then comes up with a message saying
sorry, there was and error in the player
I have tried restarting the app, logging out and back in and then deleting and reinstalling the app but get the same message all the time.
Any idea how to solve this?

If it’s a WebOS model from 2015 onwards, Factory Reset the TV.
If it’s a NetCast model from 2014 or earlier, it is no longer supported; contact Live Chat, and they may send you a Stick, so you can carry on getting NowTV.
