I’ve set up my new Samsung tv. Scanned the QR code, logged in using my account details (I have now boost membership). Upon choosing a program to watch I’m getting a message asking me to buy membership. I’ve logged out and in again, but keep getting the same message. I’m also not watching on any other device. Does anyone have any advice on what to do. Thanks.

Daft question, but you definitely got the entertainment membership?
And you are 100% logging in with the same details as your active memberships?
