Buffering

Just switched from BT to Now for my broadband. BBC i player, itv x all buffer. What can I do as now tv contact us just sends you round in circles. Not very impressed so far with NOW

What device are you using?

Is it wifi or Ethernet?

Hi. Ive plugged the ethernet in the same as when we used BT

go to the netflix app..

open Netflix, go to the overflow menu (go left using the remote), and select Get help > Check network. The app will test your internet connection and network speed.

What speed to you get?

54 mbps and 13 mbps

those are decent, shouldn't really get buffering with those speeds at all.

I wonder if you should change the wifi channel on your router...
