Blank screen for Now TV on my Samsung - Now won't load (fine on my laptop!)

Now TV won't load just showing a black screen on my Samsung TV and can't access the app to reinstall - any ideas?

I've just noticed this happening to me as well - trying to watch Sky Sports F1 through the website (macOS, Chrome web browser) and I get a black scrambled looking screen (low bitrate compression?) with the audio, but it seems to be working fine on my iPad.

What happens if you try it on Safari?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Have you tried deleting the cookies and data?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Now doesn’t run on those from 2015 or earlier.
