@Anonymous User as per the bottom of the page "The NOW TV team are online 10am-10pm every day", bumping fifteen minutes after posting once they've gone home won't get you a reply any quicker.

However the Live Chat team should be around until Midnight head to http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available.

 @Anonymous User means the staff on the forum finish at 10pm. Yes, live chat is around until midnight.
