device limit reached

I have signed out of all devices and it still says device limit reached and wont let me watch the game.

Signing out of devices WONT do a thing about the device limit. When you plan to swap devices you must do a clean exit of the stream, that’s by hitting back until you go to the homepage. 

Closing the stream without doing that will force you to wait up to 10 minutes. 

Also as dumb as this sounds, each time you open up your browser this counts as a new device. God only knows why!
