Want to raise a fault on my broadband

my broadband has been down several times today.

REsetting the router seems to be fixing the probnlem but I don't want to be doing that every hour or so, thats a bid mad.

please could I raise a fault in the forum - if only one could raise afault with Now instead of a web page.

We’re just customers like you, so as regards faults, there’s no-one here to raise them, if you did 😢

But I don’t know why you think you can’t call in a fault to Now; for Broadband you certainly can.
