Welcome to the forum. You don't mention what device you are using to watch, but if it's something connected to your TV via a HDMI lead eg NOW TV box, games console, etc then have a look at the following help page which explains what is happening

Start off by unplugging both TV and box at the mains, unplugging both ends of the HDMI cable and reconnect, then plug box and TV back in and see if it works.
If you are using a mobile/tablet/PC/Mac then post back with details of device and someone should be able to help.

There are a few other users who've reported a similar problem. You could try this thread to see if anything helps
Theres also a couple of different ways of watching on a Windows machine that might work, eg you can try watching in-browser using Silverlight but this only works on IE11 browsers. More info here
