Player controls stay visible in browser

Player controls stay visible in the centre of the screen in both full screen and windowed view.

Chrome browser, Windows 10 pro.

Try moving the mouse to the top of the screen, when these controls should clear in a few seconds.

After which, don’t touch the mouse. And make sure nothing is jiggling it, even slightly, as this will prevent the controls from clearing.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks. I did try this but with no luck, maybe I didn't wait long enough, or the mouse may have moved. I did discover if I hit F11 to put the browser in Kiosk mode it did work, so that's my go to work around. Maybe the coding for the page needs revising. I don't have this issue with other streaming services, so it's a bit disappointing.

I am having this issue on my lap top and I'm not touching the mouse and moving it too the top also has not worked.
