Now Player is truly terrible

I submitted a complaint a couple of days ago, about the picture quality (even with Boost), the replaying audio over the wrong pictures, the fact the subtitles just decide when to work and when not to, but now the episode I was watching just cut out and when I try to reload/restart, I get this:

I've only had Now for just over a week and it is a total shambles, I have never experienced anything like it with any other streaming provider.

Yep exact same thing here. Bought Now TV and Boost. Awfull picture quality and my movie got cut out with same error. Cant watch anything now.

I'm getting same message. This is after paying £65 for a firestick because Now TV will not work on my Samsung TV and constantly provides an error message and tells me the network password is incorrect even after playing for a while then going off. This has been routinely blamed on Samsung, yet Netflix never does this. If this isn't remedied within 24 hours I will be cancelling never to return.

Same here. Previously it has been glitchy. Unexpected after years of netflix, i wasn't expecting this experience and have been with Now for about a week.

I've just got this, they need to rethink the whole platform

I fixed this by going to Firestick settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Now TV > Open Supported Links and set to >Open In This App.

No idea how this was switched as I was watching Now TV at the time and was definitely not in settings but it seems to have fixed it.
