No Streaming Available

Bought a Sky Sports pass yesterday and wanted to watch Everton tonight.

The streaming is not working at all on my Mac so I can't watch the game.

Paid £20 👎

Have you tried another browser or deleting the cookies and data?

Try starting it on a mobile phone, and then trying again on the Mac. This peculiar workaround has been known to work in the past.

If no go, try a different browser, say Chrome instead of Safari. Or, if you are technically inclined, try clearing the Safari cache on your Mac,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
