NOW Boost

Hello, have just purchased NOW Boost, how long does it take to activate as it is not working?

I also used the voucher offered at £1/month for 3 months and is saying £4 due at next bill in 1 month, any reason for this?

Left to its own sweet way, about four hours.

Log out and log in again, and it should be immediate.

Note that not every aspect of Boost will operate on Macs:-

No idea about the other thing; talk to Live Chat, maybe?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thanks, all I really wanted was to get rid of the ads and now they're gone, thanks again for the advice!
