Hey man I’m just a customer like you. So saying “help” several times won’t speed anything up and I can only “help” so much based on my experience.

Have you done the troubleshooting in the link I sent you?

Is your Mac updated fully?

Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
