This morning pre season testing has been abandoned because of a damaged drain on track.
This afternoon testing will start an hour earlier.
Not sure why you are seeing the spinning loading screen.
Have you tried both the F1 channel and Main Event.
Perhaps try rebooting both your playback device or devices and your Router.
