Error code SDK_VPI_Failure.

How I am able to rectify as I am unable to access NOW Programmes?

PC or Mac?

What model, and what OS?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Now app?

What were the steps you carried out just prior to getting the error?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

this has just happened to me last putt of a 3way play off on the ISPS GOLF TOURNAMENT.  SO FRUSTRATING.   DIDNT SEE THE END.

Abd it’s worth pointing out that Now on PC and Mac has undergone a complete rejig from being an app to being browser-based, so it’s disappointing if the new version is erroring in the same way as the old version 😢
