Cannot play 'The Idol' on player: "Error code: SDK.BUFFERING_LIMIT.UNKNOWN_REASON.MAIN_CONTENT"

 

No idea the meaning of this code, but the player is not working just for this one show only. Other shows play fine. The player opens and then speeds through all content and the ads before crashing.

Tried deleting and reinstalling the player?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
