Audio sync broken

HI
Is the online/pc player broken? 
I havent seen bugs/bad audio sync like this since ~2015 ... regualar user of Prime, Netlix,4oD ... 
lots of online providers: no VPN, 65Mb connection, top end pc in the 91 percentile ....

just tried the NOWTV offer of NOWTV for £1 & it keeps dropping out of audio sync ... unwatchable???
Ive not seen a bad offering like this sice the early days of online streaming & ADSL, is this still a thing with NOWTV?

I don't personally watch NOW TV on a computer, but from various reports on here the Windows and Mac players tend to be unreliable and flaky. Have you tried on any other devices?
