App problem

Hi. I keep getting error code 0xfd8000a5. Have deleted app about 6 times but still keeps happening. Can anyone help thank you

If you perform searches in the community for the player on windows you will see many threads showing issues. Some have been resolved and some have not.

Same here, I’ve experienced this problem on an iPhone, AppleTV and Roku 3 box in the last 24 hours, nothing works. Somebody please fix it.

There is many threads on the forum showing that there is an issue with NOW, staff are looking into it. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
