Everytime I click on my watch list the app just closes down and crashes, I’ve tried it on my iPhone and iPad, both devices are up to date and the apps are up to date. I’ve tried deleting the app and re downloading it but that hasn’t worked either.
Have you tried using your mobile data or just on Wi-fi?
Bot my iPhone and iPad I use regularly for NOW just by checking the watchlist out and what’s available to watch without issues.
Sounds odd, no idea what to suggest.
You could do a factory reset to your iPhone. Although it is rather extreme!
Head onto Live chat and report the fault with staff at NOW. Just make sure to click "chat online".
