Purchased the entertainment pack as included in Vodafone contract,I have activated it,but its not showing on the app, and its not letting me stream, but when I log in on the website with the same details it shows up I have the pass,how can I get it to show on the app. This is very frustrating that now tv has no contact. Please can someone guide me
