NowTV not loading

Pretty certain that is the wrong community but here goes.
Yesterday, Sunday 19th June 2022 I was looking forward to watching the Canadian GP at 1900 hrs. Went to my Roku, which worked on Saturday 18th June 2022 for Qualifying, but nothing happened, just hung there for ages before coming up with a page error (forgot to take a screen shot), tried my tablet, same result, tried my phone same again, tried my PC wouldnt sign in...
I also rebooted my router but it didn't make any difference.
Tried to call NowTV - no phone number could be found anywhere.
Tried to contact CS online - needed to login but couldn't.
Can someone please at NowTV please call me to discuss this?

I had no problem watching the F1 GP last night on my Roku device.

I am assuming you are not using a VPN on your Router or any adblocking software on the Router ?

Because you watched the F1 on Saturday I doubt it's a VPN or adblocking issue.

If may be a rouge IP address on your Router (perhaps power down the Router for around 30 minutes to allow it to automatically acquire a new IP).

I meant rogue IP address sorry about the typo.

Also use something like this website tool in the link below to see if your Router IP is allocated in the UK and not showing outside the UK or unknown.

Nothing to do with my IP address - it's been the same for years.

Now TV is working properly today.

Really annoyed that I was unable to watch the GP!

All I need a phone number to speak to someone to get it resolved.

Unfortunately there is no telephone number for TV customers.

NOW live web chat or send them a message using the communication methods on the previous link i posted.

Surprised all of your NOW playback devices don't work on Sunday evening during the race which sounds to me points to the Router (unless you tried internet data on your phone instead).

Hopefully NOW live chat can offer you some sort of assistance.
