Multi device issue

Hi can anyone help I am nowtv customer I can log in on my phone but when I try to log in on my ipad it's not letting me

You should be able to login on any device with the same user details. You cannot however stream on more than one device at a time unless you subscribe to the Boost membership. If you have a Sports mobile membership then that will be available on your iPhone only.

Unless you have Boost, you can only watch on one device at a time, and you have to exit the stream on the first device cleanly - don’t just close the app or the device - or you will have to wait 10-20 minutes for Now to notice, and reduce your simultaneous device count to zero again.

Or did you mean you can’t log in on the iPad when it really is the only device?

In which case, do a Shutdown, restart it, and try again.

If still no go, use a different browser, such as Chrome, instead of Safari.

If still no go, please post again, giving a description of the exact error message, or other failure mode.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
