Membership cancellation

I’m VERY upset I got a now tv free trial and after 1 day it stopped working and my account says I don’t have a membership and it says to go on my apple subscriptions and there’s no subscription and it’s not a direct debit but they’ve just taken £30 out my account on a Saturday night, I can’t ring them either and I’ve not authorised the payment because I changed my bank card too! Help me someone!

When you go to your account on line, not on Apple Subscriptions. Does is show any active memberships?

I’ve gone onto my account online and it says I have no active memberships or upcoming payments or that I’ve made any recent payment at all, but the money still came out!

Jump onto live chat to get it sorted out.
