Error message

I keep getting an error message while trying to watch now tv on my Amazon fire stick

You’ve tagged this in the wrong section, as it’s for the NOW sticks only. 

Explain what error message you’re getting. As we are just customers like you so can only help so much.

What have you done to try and fix it yourself?

Delete and reinstall the app?
Amazon stick fully updated?
Rebooted the fire stick and your router?

@gavs82008 hi I did restart my internet and Amazon fire stick and deleted the app and re downloaded it but nothing worked I gave up in the end and went back on it this morning and working okay thank you for replying much appreciated
