Cant watch Now on phone or amazon firestick or phone

I can't seem to watch NOW on my phone or amazon stick.

Payments all up to date.

Keeps buffering. Any ideas what to do please?

It won't be an issue with payments, most likely your wifi. 

Have you done a reboot to the router?

What are you trying to watch?

I've rebooted the wi-fi and seems to have worked.
