I can't change my viewing pin. I don't have my old one and when I ask for a passcode and it is emailed to me, it's never accepted. I'm getting pretty sick and tired of Now's incompetency. I left a few years ago because of the crap service and it doesn't seem to be any better now. There's no way to talk to anyone human or get direct help and half the issues aren't covered in the multiple choices avaliable.
